Abstract: The content of 6 kinds of elements in mosquito body of Aedes aegypti in different growth stage including the female mosquitoes newly-emerging and 0d, 5d, 10d, 15d after taking blood meal were detected and compared by ICA-P400. The results showed that there was remarkable significant difference in the 6 kinds of elements during different growth stage.
摘要: 目的:测定埃及伊蚊蚊体的6种微量元素(钙、锌、铁、铝、铅、锶)。方法:等离子原子发射光谱分析技术。结果:蚊体中各元素的含量随蚊虫的发育而明显变化,并随其不同生长期而有明显消长趋势,具有非常明显的差异。结论:唯Fe元素明显升高,其余5种元素均明显降低。
