Abstract: Solve the resitance of the highspeed and sensitive Dipterex in scene.The esterase activity determination technology and the method of bioassay of activation.The result showed that the antiDipterex of C.fatigans in laboratoy was obviously lower than that of the field ones;The control result of test was the same.The esterase activity determination technology was better than the bioassay for living investigation of antidipterex in the large scale.
摘要: 目的:快速敏感检测致倦库蚊对敌百虫的抗性。方法:采用酯酶活性测定技术及生物测定法。结果:实验室驯化的致倦库蚊对敌百虫抗性明显低于野外采集的,对比实验结果一致。结论:在进行大规模现场调查敌百虫抗性时,酯酶活性测定技术优于生物测定法。
