Abstract: This paper deals with the growth and development of An.dirus in high temperature.The result shows:33±1℃ is the fatal range for An. dirus eggs.When the temperature rises to some extent,the mature stage of the larva will be put forward,the hatch stage of chrysalides will be lengthened and its development will be in bad quality.The adult An.dirus is killed in 36±1℃.High temperature has little influence on the activity of adult An.dirus imbibing blood,however,the quantity of laying eggs decreases obviously and even nearly zero.In high temperature the life of adult An.dirus is clearly shortened.In 33±1℃ the average of LT50 is 1.3d,which is just 11.1 percent of it in 25±1℃.

摘要: 目的:观察大劣按蚊(海南株)在高温条件下的生长、发育情况。方法:分为4个组,即25±1℃(对照组)、30±1℃、33±1℃、36±1℃,每组设3个样本。结果:33±1℃是蚊卵孵育的致死高温条件;温度升高一定程度后,幼虫发育成熟时间提前,化蛹期时限延长,蛹发育质量低下;36±1℃是成蚊的致死高温条件。在高温条件下,成蚊存活时限明显缩短,但对吸血活动影响不大,而饱血蚊产卵量明显减少,甚至几乎不能产卵。在33±1℃时,LT50平均为1天,仅为25±1℃时LT50的11.1%。结论:高温对不同发育期蚊虫均有较大的影响,甚至是致死条件之一。
