Abstract: Seven kinds of serum enzymes from 51 patients were tested.The patients suffer less seriously, seriously and rnore seriously from HFRS.The testing result showed that 56.9% to 100% of the patients' ALT, AST, LDH, HBD and CK had increased in varying degrees.The increasing range was related to the seriousness of the disease.The peak values of the five enzymes above can be used as one of the indexes in diagnosing, typing and prognosis, but γ-GT, ALP were changed within a narrow range.

摘要： 目的：检测中、重、危重型肾综合征出血热（HFRS）患者的7种血清酶，并追踪其变化情况。方法：应用大型生化分析仪检测肾功、电解质及血清酶。结果：56.9％～100％的病例ALT、AST、LDH、HBD、CK有不同程度的升高，且升高幅度与病情严重程度有关。结论：检测的5种酶的峰值可做为HFRS诊断、分型和预后指标之一，而γ－GT、ALP则变化不大.
