Abstract: During 1996-1997, the observation on the side effect and immune response of the crowd agaist bivalent HFRS vaccine was carried out in Dantu county, Jiangsu Province, where was the non-endemic of HFRS, the vaccine was the bivalent HFRS inactivated Mthenes unguiculatus kidney cell culture vaccine developed by Hangzhou TianyUan Biol.Pharm.CO, first in China, the vaccine virus strains were Z10(tyPe Ⅰ) and Z37 (type Ⅱ).The result showed: The rates of slight temperature rise of the first, second, third injection were 2.50%, 0.63% and 1.25%, respectively.The rate of slight local reaction were 0.00%, 1.88% and 1.25%, respectively.There were no severe and abnormal reaction in 648volunteers inoculated by the whole course(three injections).Two weeks after the third injection, the rate of seroconversion of the immunofluorescent antithey by IFAT was 100% (83/83), the rate of seroconversion of the general neutralization antibody by PRNT was 100% (53/53).The rate of seroconversion of tyPe Ⅰ(76-118) and tyPe n (UR) neutralization antithey were 86.8% (46/53) and 96.2% (51/53),respectively.These suggested: the side effect of the vaccine be slight, the rate of side effect be low, the bivalent HFRS inactivated vaccine be safty for the popular and the immune response in satisfied.

摘要： 观察HFRS沙鼠肾细胞灭活疫苗对非疫区人群的接种反应与免疫学效果。方法：进行荧光抗体及中和抗体检测。结果：疫苗接种1～3针后，轻度体温反应率分别为2.50％、0．63％、1．25％；轻度红肿反应率分别为0.00％、1.88％、1．25％；648名接种者均无严重反应和异常反应。全程接种后2周，荧光抗体阳转率为100％（83／83）；中和抗体总阳转率亦为100％（53／53），其中Ⅰ型为86．8％（46／53），Ⅱ型为96.2％（51／53）。结论：（1）该疫苗副反应轻，副反应率低，安全性好；（2）免疫效果良好。
