Abstract: Aim: To analyse the resistance situation for house fly to insecticides in Suzhou city form 1982to 1996, and work out the practical tactics for control.Method: The resistant degrees of houes fly were determined by micro-drop way.Result: In Suzhou city, the resistance for house fly to deltamethrin and DDVP was trending downwards, but to permethrin remained still serious.Conclusion: Based on examining the resistant dynamics of house fly, and on using the resistant data which we had mastred, a remarkable effect was produced in surmounting or postponing the resistance occurance and development by mixing and using pesticides reasonably (such as pesticide kind, applied way, dosage and concentration) and comprehensive control, etc.
摘要: 目的:分析苏州市区1982~1996年家蝇对杀虫剂抗性状况,探讨防制策略。方法:用微量点滴法测定家蝇对杀虫剂的抗性程度。结果:苏州市区家蝇对二氯苯醚菊酯的抗性程度仍较严重,而对溴氰菊酯和DDVP抗性的发展呈下降趋势。结论:在监测家蝇抗性动态的基础上,实施综合治理,包括合理调配用药,可延缓抗性的发生与发展。
