Abstract: This paper introduced a new kind of alicyclic repellent, cycloalkylene amine, which was condensated by cycloalkyl formchloride and,diethyl amine and its experiment code is R202.The sample's structure was confirmed by element analysis and infrared spectra.The repellent's absoute active time was determined with Aedes aegypti, which was 9 hours for 10% R202 ethanol f0rmulation and 7.5 hours for lO%Deet ethanol f0rmulation at the same condition respectively.
摘要: 目的:合成新型脂环驱避剂(R202),观察驱蚊活性。方法:所得样品经元素分析、红外光谱证实其结构;采用强迫接触法、喷雾法,测定驱蚊活性,并进行小白鼠急性口眼毒性实验。结果:10%R202配剂对埃及伊蚊绝对驱避时间为9小时,而同样条件下10%对照化合物Deet配剂为7.5小时。结论:该药剂对蚊虫具有驱避和击倒双重作用,属低毒类。
