Abstract: Simulium (Eusimulium) aureohirtum Brunetti, 1911 were reared from field eggs and induced to mate, blood feed and oviposit.The females < 12h old showed interest in mating and only 0.25% insemination in white plexiglass aspirator tubes.In feeding trials, the black flies fed unsuccessfully on rabbits, chicken, men, mouses.30% black flies successfully fed on pigblood-sugarwater (1∶1).S.(E.) aureohirtum are autognous for the first gonotrophic cycle.The females of emergence were induced to oviposit in laboratory with the oviposition chamber designed by An and Hao (1991).
摘要: 目的:研究黄足真蚋的实验室饲养繁殖方法。方法:采用吸管和指管法、小黑笼和大黑宠法,并以人、兔、鸡、小白鼠、猪为血源,观察其交配、吸血及产卵情况。结果:在白色有机玻璃管内,成虫可以交配受精,其交配率为16.2%,受精率仅为0.25%。雌虫对人、鼠、鸡和兔活体及猪离体血源均未见吸食;但用猪血糖水,有30%成虫吸食。结论:黄足真蚋是自育蚋种,在本实验的产卵装置中,能产生大量卵。
