Abstract: N-Butyl perfluorooctane sulfonamide was synthesized from octanesulfonyl fluoride by electrochemical fluoronation and amination.LT50 of the cockroach bait with this compound ranged between 1.6 - 2.3 days for Periplaneta americana and 1.5 - 1.8 days for Blattella germanica.After ingesting the bait for 7 days, the mortality of both cockroaches reached 100%.
摘要: 目的:合成杀灭蟑螂新药。方法:参考有关文献,采用电解氟化和胺化方法。结果:合成了N-正丁基全氟辛烷磺酰胺,配制成毒饵,对美洲大蠊的LT50为1.6~2.3天,对德国小蠊为1.5~1.8天,7天死亡率达100%。结论:该杀虫剂无气味,无驱避性,对哺乳动物低毒,易配制成可口的毒饵,对蟑螂、蚂蚁等卫生害虫杀灭率高,具有很好的开发前景。
