Abstract: The cross-resistance of Culex pipiens pallens of permethrin-resistant strain with deltamethrin and α-cypermethrin were studyed.It was found that Culex pipiens pallens has obvious cross-resistance within pyrethroids.
摘要: 目的:探索昆虫对拟除虫菊酯的交互抗性,以便更合理地选用拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂,延缓抗性的发展。方法:测定实验室培养的淡色库蚊二氯苯醚菊酯抗性品系对氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯的交互抗性。结果:淡色库蚊幼虫对二氯苯醚菊酯的抗性倍数为62.0时,对氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯的抗性倍数为23.2和23.5。结论:菊酯类药物之间存在明显的交互抗性。
