Abstract: cattle urinary samples from Hunan province was detected for leptospire by agarose gel electrophoresis and southern-blotting of polymerase chain reaction products. 4 of 43 samples were positive by agrose gel electrophoresis of PCR products and 6 of 43 samples were positive by southern-blotting of PCR products.It showed that cattles were not only main hosts but also important source of infection, which carring rate and excreting rate all were very high.
摘要: 本研究应用聚合酶链反应(PcR)产物的凝胶电泳及Southern-blotting,检测湖南43份牛尿标本中的钩端螺旋体DNA,前法阳性率为9.3%,后法为14%,表明牛群具有较高的带菌率,是钩端螺旋体的主要宿主,是钩端螺旋体病的重要传染源。
