Abstract: Buried,mixed and adhered baits which respectively contained 3% Zinc Phosphide were made.Acceptant experiments of the baits to Rattus norvegicus were made in laboratory.The acceptance of buried bait was the best.mixed bait was the second,the worst was adhered bait.The differece of average eating amounts between the first two baits was not obvious,and the difference between the first two baits and adhered bait was much significant.The conclusion was that buried and mixed baits contained Zinc Phosphide were the better formulations for eliminating rodents.
摘要: 将磷化锌配制成3%埋藏、混合和粘附3种剂型毒饵,在试验室内对褐家鼠进行接受性观察。结果:埋藏毒饵接受性最好,混合毒饵次之,粘附毒饵最差。前2种剂型平均摄食量差异无显著性,而与粘附毒饵比较差异极显著。提示磷化锌埋藏毒饵、混合毒饵是灭鼠的较好剂型。
