Abstract: Mandarin vole is one of the harmful rodents which lives underground in all it's life,in the dry farming area of loess plateau in Lingbao city,Henan province. The damage to crops was very serious.In the mature period of wheat,we surveyed the rate between the length of discontinuous plot of wheat and the total length of the plot of wheat.and surveyed the yield of wheat per unit area,and estimated the lossing of crops because of the damage of rodents. According to the level of economic losses,we got the threshold for mandarin vole to the field of wheat EIL=18.2 no./ha.According to the experiments on control of mandarin vole by several Rodenticides,Bromadiolone,Cumatetralyl, Phosacetin,Pyrinuron and Botulin model C to control mandarin vole we gained a good result.

摘要： 黄土高原旱作区河南省灵宝市一带,农田主要害鼠为终生营地下活动的棕色田鼠。对农作物的危害极为严重。作者在小麦成熟期调查麦田断垄长度与麦垄总长的比例,并测量了小麦单位面积产量,估计了由于鼠害而造成的作物损失量。依据经济损害水平估算了棕色田鼠对麦田的经济阈值为18.20只/ha。应用溴敌隆、杀鼠迷、毒鼠磷、灭鼠优和C型肉毒梭菌毒素杀灭棕色田鼠,均取得理想的效果。
