Abstract: Under laboratory conditions (temperature 27℃±1℃;RH 70-80%), the physiol ogical activities, fecundity and popu lation variety of deltamethrinresistant strain of Aedes albopictus were observed and Some data were obtained.In the deltamethrin-resistant strain, the weight of adult, the rate of sucking blood, the hetching rate of eggs, the pupa rate of the larva and the eclosion rate of the pupa decreased 30.16%,3.2%, 16.18%,4.53%,and 0.71%respectively, in comparison with the deltamethrin-sensitive strain.For the deltamethrin-resistant strain, the net reproductive rate and innate capacity for increase was 37.2075 and 0.2154, while for the deltamethrinsensitive strain, 55.7231 and 0.3236 respectively.The results showed that the fecundity and the population density of the deltamethrin-resistant strain were lower than those of the deltamethrinsensitive strain under laboratory conditions.
摘要: 在T28±1℃、RH70~80%实验室条件下,观察白纹伊蚊抗溴氰菊酯品系的生理活动、繁殖特性及种群变化的有关数据。抗性品系的成蚊体重、吸血率、卵孵化率、幼虫蛹化率、蛹羽化率,分别比敏感品系的低30.16%、3.2%、16.18%、4.53%、0.71%。实验种群的净增殖率和内禀增长能力,抗性品系为37.2075和0.2154,敏感品系为55.7231和0.3236,提示抗性品系的繁殖能力、种群密度低于敏感品系。
