Abstract: Bioassay of Shu Urea No.44(a chitin antisynthetase inhibitor)on the larvae of Culex pipiens pallens showed that the LC50 value was 0.0085ppm.With 0.25% concentration,it caused 100% mortality of the larvae of Musca domestica vicina,which was the prime of second instars.Feeding the adult Musca domestica vicina with 0.4%concentration of the insecticide,we found that the inhibilities of oviposition and incubation were 90.9% and 85.9% respectively.
摘要: 本文试验结果表明,抗几丁质合成酶抑制剂──苏脲44号对淡色库蚊幼虫的致死浓度(LC50)为0.00885ppm;当浓度为0.25%时,对家蝇Ⅱ龄初期幼虫致死率达100%;以浓度0.4%喂养家蝇成虫,对其产卵抑制率为90.9%,卵孵化抑制率为85.9%。
