Abstract: Experimental animals have been infected using wild-rat-type epidemic hemorragic fever virus(EHFV) Virulent strain-chen strain, Via the Conjunctivae, damages of derma, and damages of epiderimis respectively, the results showed that the infectious rate by conjunctival route was the highest, and that by dama ged epidermic route was the lowest. So we pointed out the preventive emphasis for EHFV Spreading by this kind of route.
摘要: 用EHFV野鼠型毒株──陈株感染实验动物,以眼结合膜滴入组的感染率最高,经皮肤真皮破损感染组次之,经皮肤表皮破损感染组更次之,从而提示了对此种传播途径的预防重点。
