Abstract: The peper presents the result of detecting toxicity of methoxychlor to housefly in shanxi.The result shows that Normal strain LD50=1.1718μg/♀Taiyuan strain LD50=3.8165μg/LinFen strain LD=3.1334μg/♀Its toxicity is better than DDT'S (LD50=6.95385μg/♀)results also show thereis no methoxychlor resistance to housefly.It is worthy develoving.
摘要: 笔者应用甲氧DDT对山西省3个品系家蝇的毒力进行测定,对正常品系的LD50为1.1718μg/♀,对太原品系的LD50为3.8165μ/♀,对临汾品系的LD50为3.1334μg/♀,表明该药剂比禁用的DDT(对正常品系家蝇的LD50为0.95485μg/♀)毒力强,且未产生抗药性,具有一定的开发价值。
