Abstract: The efficacy and persistance of three formulatios of Bacillus sphoerius C3-41 against Culex quinquefasciatus were evaluated in wuhan city.The results indicated that the 92-01 liquid and 92-Qf granular formulatios showed better initial control than 92-Bf briquette formula. After 48 hours treatment of liquid for mulatio at rates of 1,2,3ml/m282~96%Larvae are kiued and granular formulation at rates of 2,4,8g/m288~100% Larvae were killed while briquette formulatio produced only 33~56% control effect but persistance of briauette formulation was over three months,much better than that of liquid and granular formulatios.
摘要: 本文报道球形芽孢杆菌C3-41(下称B.s C3-41)乳剂、颗粒剂和块剂控制致乏库蚊幼虫的效果及其评价。结果表明:乳剂和颗粒剂的即杀效果比块剂好,200ITU/μl的B.s C3-41乳剂1、2、3ml/m2和140ITU/μl的颗粒剂4.8g/m2,48h平均幼虫下降率.分别为82~96%和88ˉ100%;而160ITU/μl的块剂4.8g/m2,48h平均幼虫下降率只有33~56%。3种剂型的持效以块剂为佳,可达3个月以上。
