Abstract: Field trials on the control of An.dirus using deltamethrin-impregnated door and window curtains with big holes were conducted.The dose of the insecti cide employed was 25mg/m2 and satisfactory results have been obtained.The average density of An.dirus in the experimental villages was reduced by 71.2% four months after the trial and the average mosquito density in the houses at daytime was reduced by 94.9%.Sampling tests of the deltamethrin-impregnated door and window curtains were also completed as described by Hossain & Curtis,the results showed that the mortality rate of An.dirus was 92.4% 140 days after the trial and their bloodsucking activities were obviously affected.
摘要: 笔者应用溴氰菊酯乳剂浸泡大网孔门窗帘,防制大劣按蚊和侵入屋内蚊虫的现场试验结果表明,药帘剂量为25mga·i/m2,取得较满意的效果。门窗帘浸药后4个月,实验村的大劣按蚊密度平均下降71.2%,白天入房蚊虫密度平均下降94.9%?现场门窗帘取样测试,仿Hossain&curtis方法,浸药后140天,大劣按蚊的死亡率为92.4%,并可明显降低吸血率。
