Abstract: Under the relatively stable condition of the temperature and humidity indoor, We have studied the toxicity of thirteen insecticides to the female Dermanyssus gallinae. The results show that insecticides are arranged.in the toxicity order as follows: DDVP>Fendona,Sevin,Carbofuran and Sumityion NP>Phoxim, Optunal and Decis>Permethrin. In addition, Sumithrin, Pasguard, Sumicidin and Esbiothrin have not effect on the controlling gamasid. The inseticidal residual effective test shows that the residual effective times of these pesticides including Optunal,Fendona,Permithrin,Sumithrion NP and Sevin (Usge dose, 4.0g/m2) continue to one month, that times of those pesticides including Sevin(1.0g/m2), Carbofuran and phoxin continue to three weeks, DDVP and Decis only one week.
摘要: 本实验在室内温度和湿度相对恒定条件下,采用平皿药膜法测定13种化学杀虫剂对鸡皮刺螨饱血雌螨的毒效。结果表明,敌敌畏、奋斗呐、西维因、呋喃丹、诺毕速灭松和辛硫磷对受试螨均有良好毒杀效果,且毒性较低;水胺硫磷和敌杀死虽对受试螨有良好的毒杀效果,但前者毒性大、使用不安全,后者用量较大,不经济,均不宜推广应用;二氯苯醚菊酯的毒杀效果差速灭灵、喷杀克、速灭菊酯和益必添无明显毒杀效果。持效试验表明,水胺硫磷、西维因(4.0g/m2)、奋斗呐、二氯苯醚菊酯及诺毕速灭松持效期达1个月以上,西维因(1.0g/m2)、辛硫磷和呋喃丹持效为3周,敌杀死和敌敌畏仅持效1周。
