Abstract: Deltamethrin 2.5% emulfowable (supplied by Roussel-Uclaf, France, under the trade name Dorine)was used at the dosage of 12.5mg ai/m to spray all houses of mosquitoes and flies rest places in the study area. The mosquitoes density was checked by Black Light-trap Box. The results shows that in term of RPI(Relative Popalation Index)as compared with pretreatment and control data the Calex quinquefascitatus mean density decreased by 74.9% after three months treatment and the Musca domestica decreased by 97% after four days treatment.

摘要： 本文报道在广州市白云区某街道对居民住区和饮食行业应用溴氰菊酯胶悬剂12.5mgai/m²喷洒防制致乏库蚊和家蝇的现场试验结果；并应用诱蚊箱作蚊虫密度考核。结果表明，喷洒后致乏库蚊相对密度平均下降74.9%，维持时间达三个月，尤以喷洒蚊帐的效果显著；喷洒后1～4天，家蝇的相对密度下降95%以上。
