Abstract: 1. This wook was carried out in Putian county, from Mar 1987 to Feb. 1989. 230 specimens were collected. Average capture rate was 1.60%. being 8.10% of the whole house rodents. 2. There are obvious seasonal fluctuation of the rodential population density and percentage of specific composition. The peak of population density occunred in Dec. to Jan. 3. The sex ratio of Rattus flavipectus was 0.85 (♂/♀). The percentage of lower testis of males was 73.58%. The pregnancy rate was 22.58%. The average litter size was 6.18+0.2866. The reproductive index was 0.7522. There are seasonal and annual variations of reproductive parameters. 4. The population density and percentage of specific composition had been declining continually from 1950s to 1980s in Rattus flavipectus, and this present probably correlation with the earths chage into warm.

摘要： 1987～1989年在莆田地区研究了黄胸鼠的种群动态和种群繁殖生态。布放14400笼日,获得标本230号(♂106,♀124),捕获率1.60％,占家鼠总数8.10％。种群数量高峰出现在12～1月,两个年度基本一致,种群的性比、雄鼠睾丸下降率、怀孕率、胎仔数、繁殖指数等均有明显的季节变化和年度差异。比较该区家鼠调查资料,发现黄胸鼠从50年代的绝对优势地位,逐渐下降为近年来的常见种。作者认为,这一变化与该区黄胸鼠适生生境减少及全球气候变暖有关。
