甲氧杀虫酯的药效、毒性及生物降解的研究——Ⅲ.甲氧杀虫酯受热后产物的含量测定与结构分析

Abstract: In order to develop the application of Methoxyphenyl Acetate in pest control, it is important reference to clear the relation between the temperature and gravity of this compound. So the experiment was carried out in the Thermo-gravity instrument (Perkin-Elimer TGS-type 2). The result showed that there is a relationship between increasing the temperature and decreasing the weight of the compound during the temperature from 120℃—240℃. Recovery of the product content is more than 87% by GC analysis, and the GC-MS spectrum is shown that the compound was not decomposed after heating treatment.

摘要: 为了开发甲氧杀虫酯,曾试验了温度—重量关系,温度范围为120~240℃。化合物加热成烟雾后的产物回收率在87%以上;回收产物经质谱鉴定,仍为原化合物。这是今后实际应用的重要参考依据。
