Abstract: According to the experimental results of acute oral toxicity (LD50>5000mg/kg), acute dermal toxicity(LD50>3000mg/kg), acute inhalation toxicity(LC50>10g/M3), and no irritation on conjunctiva of rabbit, the acute toxicity of methoxyphenyl acetata (8701) on animal belongs to the category of low toxicity. Ames's test was "negative". The results of the micronucleus test and the teratosperm test showed that there were no significance (P>0.05) in the test of significance between the treatment and its control. The teratological and mutagenic action of "8701" on animal was also not obserued. The result of subacute toxicity indicated that "8701" was no effect on the rate of growth and development of mouse. The accumulative toxicity of "8701" also belongs to weak accumulative drug (K>5.3).

摘要: 根据急性经口毒性(LD50>5000mg/kg)、急性经皮毒性(LD50>3000mg/kg)、急性吸入毒性(LC50>10g/m3)以及对眼结膜无刺激作用的试验结果,甲氧杀虫酯对动物的急性毒性均属于低毒性类。Ames检测为阴性。微核试验及精子畸变试验的结果表明,经“8701”处理及其对照组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。未发现其对动物的致畸与致突变作用,亚急性毒性试验表明,对小白鼠的生长发育速率无影响。内脏各器官系数与对照组比较没有差异。蓄积毒性K值>5.3,属弱蓄积性药剂。
