Abstract: This work was carried out on the typical steppe Inner Mongolia in September 1989. In the field test, the efficiency for 2.0, 4.0 and 8.0 ten thousant unit botulin C of lyophilization per 1 gram bait are 97.96±1.77%, 100% and 99.48±1.11% respectively against the brandt's vole (Microtus brandti), but 1.0 ten thousand unit is only 75.58±5.83%. The efficiency for 1.0 and 2.0 ten thousand unit fluid botulin C per 1 gram bait are 99.74±0.51% and 90.02±1.11% against the brandt's vole. The results show the botulin C is a good single dose rodenticide, that was transported and used on the normal temperature.
摘要: C型肉毒梭菌毒素用于灭鼠的时间不长,仅对几种常见鼠作了防治试验,取得了较好效果。1989年9月,用江苏商业专科学校研制的C型肉毒梭菌毒素,对布氏田鼠作了现场防治试验。每克诱饵含2.0万、4.0万和8.0万以及1.0万单位冻干毒素,灭鼠效果分别为97.96±1.77%、100%、90.4±1.11%和75.58±5.83%;每克诱饵含1.0万单位和2.0万单位水溶液毒素,灭鼠效果分别为99.74±0.51%和99.02±1.10%。该毒素能在常温下运输和使用,是一种很有实用价值的新型杀鼠剂。
