中华按蚊幼虫田间水平分布的研究

Abstract: A study on the horizontal distribution of Anopheles sinensis larvae in paddy fieldswas carried out from August 1987 to August 1988 in Lishui county, Zhejiang province.The relationship between mosquito larvae breeding place and human residential area was also investigated. Larvae densities were compared at sites 50, 100, 200, 300 and 500 meters away from residential area.The mean larvae density in the early stage of rice growth was observel by linear regression analysis the coefficient of correlation r=-0.9446, p<0.01. The equation of regression y=2.1104 -0.0028x. It showed larvae density was in highly negative correlation with the distance between residential area. On the late stage of rice growth, the larvae density by parabola regression analysis the equation of regression y=0.969557+0.001604x-0.0000006x2, index of correlation R2=0.8509. The highest density of mosquito larvae was about in 150 M apart from residential area.

摘要: 在浙江省丽水市石牛乡一片2000余亩的平坦水稻区,对离居民点50、100、200、300及500m 5个不同点的稻田,调查了中华按蚊幼虫的孳生密度与人居点距离的关系。在水稻生长前期,各距离点稻田内蚊幼的平均密度与居民点距离呈高度负相关,r=-0.9446,p<0.01,回归方程为y=2.1104-0.0028x。而在水稻生长后期,稻田内蚊幼平均密度与居民点距离呈抛物线关系,相关指数R2=0.8509,回归方程y=0.969557+0.001604x-0.000006x2。田间蚊幼的最高密度约在150m处。
