莱姆病的流行现状及防制措施

Abstract: Lyme disease is an important emerging infectious disease, which is mainly transmitted by tick-biting in humans and animals. The pathogen of this disease is Borrelia burgdorferi. The risk of B. burgdorferi infection in humans is associated with the distribution of tick species, geographical factors, and human activities. This article reviews the epidemic situation, genotype distribution, main vectors, animal hosts, and prevention and control measures of Lyme disease, in order to provide a reference for the surveillance and control of Lyme disease.

摘要: 莱姆病是一种重要的新发传染病,主要由蜱叮咬人、兽而传播。其病原体为伯氏疏螺旋体。人感染伯氏疏螺旋体的风险与蜱种的分布、地域因素、人为活动有关。该文对莱姆病的流行状况、基因型分布、主要传播媒介、动物宿主以及预防控制措施进行综述,为莱姆病的监测和防控提供参考。
