Abstract: RNA interference technology, since its discovery in the late 1990s, has become the most important research method for studying gene function and large-scale gene screening after two decades of verification and development. In recent years, RNA interference has been constantly applied in vector mosquito control, and a series of achievements has been made. In this paper, the mechanism and introducing methods of RNA interference, as well as its research progress in mosquito prevention and control, were reviewed.

摘要: RNA干扰技术自从被发现后,经过了20年的验证和发展,业已成为研究基因功能、大规模基因筛选等最主要的研究方法。近年来,RNA干扰技术在媒介蚊虫治理中不断得到应用,且取得一系列的成果。该文就RNA干扰作用机制、导入方法以及其在蚊虫防治工作中的研究进展进行综述。
