昆虫化学生态学在卫生害虫防治中的应用

Abstract: Insect chemical ecology is an important part of chemical ecology, it is not only significant in terms of theoretical research, but also play an important role in agricultural and forestry pest management. Public health pests, which closely related to human health have developed some special chemical ecological patterns that is different from phytophagous insects, they are adaptive to the complex environment in some ways such as morphology, behavior, metabolism, and reproduction. Pheromone, functional botanical compounds, and some environmental factors as signals are indispensable for the oviposition or feeding of insects. This paper presents a review about the application of insect chemical ecology on the prevention and control of mosquitoes, flies, and cockroaches. Some viewpoints and countermeasures are put forwarded too.

摘要: 昆虫化学生态是化学生态学的重要组成部分,不仅在理论研究上意义重大,而且已广泛应用于农林虫害防治实践,并发挥重要作用。与人类健康密切相关的卫生害虫在长期进化过程中选择了有别于植食性害虫的化学生态模式,在形态、行为及代谢、生殖等方面与外界环境产生了良好的适应性。其中,昆虫信息素、植物源功能性化合物,以及基于产卵场所需求、食物能量需求等多种环境信号因子,在其生命活动中发挥重要信号引导作用。该文就化学生态学在蚊、蝇、蜚蠊等重要卫生害虫防治中的应用进展进行综述,同时对其发展趋势提出一些观点与对策。
