Evaluation to the Effect of a Paste form Ulation Roach Bait by Laboratorial and Field Tests

拜灭士蟑螂胶饵对德国小蠊实验室及现场杀灭效果观察

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effects of a paste bait "BAIMIESHI"against roach,by laboratory test and in the field application.Methods To test it according to the GB/T 17322.8-1998 and the GB/T 17322.11-1998.Results The results of laboratorial test showed that a 100% mortality was achieved during 72 h by both forced and unforced feeding tests.The values of LT50 were 11.7 h and 13.7 h,respectively.A 100% mortality was also achieved during 102 h by the analogous field test,and the value of LT50 was 20.4 h.In the field application,with a dosage of 0.4 g/m2,the density reduction rate(DRR) came to 63.6% and 89.0% at the 3rd and 30thday,respectively,while with a dosage of 0.8 g/m2,the DRR came to 82.3%,99.2% and 98.3% at the 3rd,30th and 60th day,respectively.Conclusion The roach bait "BAIMIESHI" has been proved to be very effective on roach control with some of features:less amount used,long term residual effect and high safety,it can be used in the plases that children playing,top grade hotels and electrical equipment.

摘要: 目的通过观察拜灭士蟑螂胶饵对德国小蠊室内、模拟现场和现场的杀灭效果,以便对该产品的灭蟑毒效作出评价。方法按照国标GB/T17322.8-1998和GB/T17322.11-1998《农药登记卫生用杀虫剂的室内药效评价模拟现场》的有关规定进行了实验室、模拟现场及现场的毒效观察。结果室内有选择和无选择的100%死亡时间均为72h,LT50分别为13.7h和11.7h;模拟现场100%的死亡时间为102h,LT50为20.4h;现场实验投药量按0.8g/m2和0.4g/m2,3d蜚蠊密度下降率分别为82.3%和63.6%,30d蜚蠊密度下降率分别为99.2%和89.0%,投药量0.8g/m260d的密度下降率为98.3%。结论通过室内、模拟现场和现场的效果观察结果证明,拜灭士蟑螂胶饵对德国小蠊具有很好的杀灭效果,该产品对蜚蠊具有用量小,作用强,持效长的特点,对人畜使用安全且对环境影响极小,适用于幼儿活动场所、高档宾馆及高档电器设备处。
