Abstract: Dengue virus can cause dengue fever, dengue hemorrhagic fever, and dengue shock syndrome, which is mainly endemic in tropical and subtropical regions. The epidemic area of Dengue virus has been increasing in recent years, which seriously endangers human health. This paper reviews the research progress in molecular biological characteristics and detection methods of Dengue virus.

摘要: 登革热病毒可以引起登革热、登革出血热和登革休克综合征,主要流行于热带、亚热带地区。近年来,登革热病毒流行范围不断扩大,严重危害人类健康。该文对登革热病毒的分子生物学特性和检测方法的研究进展进行了综述。
