大劣按蚊人工感染恶性疟原虫的实验研究

摘要: 作者采用改进的人胎盘膜饲血法,以3例恶性疟患者离体肝素防凝血感染4批大劣按蚊,结果均感染成功,子孢子感染率1.7~64.0%,子孢子进腺时间为10~12天,高峰期在15~16天。

Abstract: Four batches of An Dirus were Succefully infected with blood,which contained heparin to stop the agglutination,from 3 plasmodium falciparum by the improved method of feeding on human fetus membrane.The sporozite infection rate was found to be 1.7~3.4%.It took 10 to 12 days for them to enter to glands,with a peak on the 15th and 16th days.
