摘要/Abstract

摘要： 作者采用改进的人胎盘膜饲血法，以3例恶性疟患者离体肝素防凝血感染4批大劣按蚊，结果均感染成功，子孢子感染率1.7～64.0%，子孢子进腺时间为10～12天，高峰期在15～16天。

Abstract: Four batches of An Dirus were Succefully infected with blood,which contained heparin to stop the agglutination,from 3 plasmodium falciparum by the improved method of feeding on human fetus membrane.The sporozite infection rate was found to be 1.7～3.4%.It took 10 to 12 days for them to enter to glands,with a peak on the 15th and 16th days.
