Residual Efficacy of Trebon WP Against Mosquitoes, Houseflies and Cockroaches in the Laboratory

摘要: 日本三井东压开发的Trebon,是一种高效、低毒、广谱杀虫剂。20%可湿性粉刺经实验室药效测定,对蚊、蝇和蟑螂有良好效果,在玻璃、涂漆三合板面上,处理剂量30和100mg a.i/m2,对蚊、蝇和德国小蠊有效期不少于90天;在石灰面上,100mg a.i/m2滞效期时蚊60天,对家蝇90天,对德国小蠊15天。在41.2m3实验房间,处理100mg a.i/m2,在观察90天内,对蚊、蝇和蟑螂的杀灭率均为100%。

Abstract: Japan Mitsui Toatsu is making efforts to develop a market for Trebon as a sanitary pest insecticide. Trebon has high activity against various insect pests and remarkably week toxicity to mammals. The Trebon 20 WP was applied to the upper surfaces of the differcut panels. Bioassay test performed under laboratory conditions using contact method. The glasses and painted wood panels at 30 or 100 nag a.i/m2 were all effective for 90 days to Culex pipiens pallens, Musca domestica and Blattella germanica. When applied to the surface of plaster, residual efficacy of Trebon (100 nag a.i/m2) was achieved up to 60, 90 and 15 days to mosquitoes, houseflies and cockroaches respectively. In the 41.2m2 test room treated 100 mg a.i/m2 Trebon, the lasting period of 100% mortality against Mosquitoes, Houseflies and cockroaches was over 90 days.
