Abstract: The investigation of reproduction intensity of three species domestic rodents(Rattus norvegicus, Raitus flaripectus, Mus musculus) in Fujian were from beginning in 1983. The results are as follws: ① Rattus norvegicus, average pregnancy frequency is 4.46 times/every year/each female. Average birth-rate is 35.81 filial genetation/every year/each Female. Reproduction index is 0.79. ② Rattus flaripectus, average pregnancy frequency is 5.79 times. Average birth-rate is 35.49. Reproduction index is 0.84. ③ Mus musculus, average pregnancy frequency is 6.79. Average birth-rate is 28.85. Reproduction index is 0.76. ④ The Reproduction intensity of three domestic rodents were higher of the south than northern of Fujian. that is related with the locality climate. ⑤ The peak of pregnant season are March-April and August-October of every year for. R norvegicus and R. flaripectus.
