四种拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂灭蚤研究

Killing effects of four pyrethroin pesticides on fleas

摘要: 本文报道了四种拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂灭蚤试验研究结果。实验室试验对象是印鼠客蚤(Xenopsylla Cheopis),三种供试药剂的毒力(30分钟的LC50)分别为:奋斗呐(Fendona)9.013ppm,溴氰菊酯(Deltamethrin)62.54ppm,菊乐合剂156.54ppm,以奋斗呐毒力最强,溴氰菊酯次之;奋斗呐毒力个体差较其他两种为小。现场试验用10mg/m2的奋斗呐和50mg/m2的溴氰菊酯在室内喷雾灭蚤:地面游离蚤灭效为92.47%和91.68%,鼠身蚤灭效均为100%。结果说明,用奋斗呐和溴氰菊酯灭蚤效果好,且以奋斗呐最经济。

Abstract: The results of pyrethroin pesticides in killing effects on Fleas are presented and the procedures are(Ⅰ)Laboratory test, except permethrin, the toxic effects(thirty minute LC50) of fendona, deltamethrin. pyrethroin-Dimetoate on Xenopsylla cheopis were 9.013 ppm, 62. 54 ppm. and 156. 45 ppm respectively. It was revealed that among 4 pesticides the toxicity of fendona to flea was most desirable and that of permethrin was quite contrary, and the fendona in producing toxicity of individual difference was lowest compared with other three pesticids: Pesticides of fendona(10mg/m2) and deltamethrin(50mg/m2) were applied to eliminate fleas by using sprayer. The results demonstrats that the eradication rate of fendona and deltamethrin to ground free Fleas was 92.47% and 91.68% respectively and both fendona and deltamethrin to fleas on rat were 100%. The results show that the efficiency of pesticides of fendona and deltamethrin are excellent and the former more efficacy and econmic for practice than the latter.
