模糊聚类法在储粮粉螨分类研究中的应用

摘要: 目的探讨模糊聚类法在储粮粉螨分类研究中的应用。方法从19种粮食中分离出的粉螨经软划分法建立模糊相似矩阵后,采用直接编网分类和带权重aI编网分类。结果采用带权重αI分类比较符合实际生境分布;以家食甜螨、伯氏嗜木螨、拱殖嗜渣螨、长食酪螨、梅氏嗜霉螨、干向酪螨为优势种,集中分布在特定粮食类生境中,同时伴随多种其他螨种(腐食酪螨、粗脚粉螨、粉尘螨、弗氏无爪螨)分布广泛。结论在粮食生境中既存在优势种分布,也存在多样性分布。

Abstract: Objective To apply Fuzzy Cluster in classification of the Acaroid mites in grain stocks.Methods 27 species of Acaroid mites were isolated from 19 grain species in 3 groups of grain stocks with the stratified sampling;Two fuzzy matrixes was founded for classification.Results The matrix with coefficient αIwas more fit for classification;There was dominant species of Glycyphagus domesticus,Caloglyphus berlesei,Chortoglyphus arcuatus Tyrophagus longior,Euroglyphus maymei and Tyrolichus casei in their own specific grain stocks,While some other species of Tyrophagus pitrescentise,Acarus acaraus siro L,Dermatophagoides farinae and Blomia freemani was more general in many grain stocks.Conclusion There are dominant species in their own specific grain stocks with some other general species in grain stocks.
