闵行区登革热传播危险程度现状调查

Survey on the Current Dangerous Degree of Dengue Spreading in Minhang District

摘要: 目的了解登革热在闵行区发生或流行的可能性,为制订防制预案提供科学依据。方法采用WHO推荐方法采集现场白纹伊蚊品系,用浸液法测定及人诱法观察。结果闵行区未发现埃及伊蚊;4月份出现白纹伊蚊幼虫孳生,6~9月份为高峰期;白纹伊蚊各种指数均已达到WHO流行等级3级,其中8月份达5级;7~9月份成虫刺叮高峰均出现在8时和15时,蚊虫刺叮频率呈现一定趋光性;孳生场所主要分布在居民区、公园苗圃和旧轮胎集中处;对敌敌畏产生抗性为41.81倍,对拟除虫菊酯尚未产生抗性。结论登革热媒介蚊种为白纹伊蚊,媒介效能已达流行等级,应及时采取措施,加强效能监测,因地制宜地制定防制预案。

Abstract: Objective To provide scientific basis for prevention plan by finding out the probability of Dengue emerging and spreading in Minhang District.Methods To collect the Aedes albopictus series on spot by using method from WHO,and make survey on larvae by immersing and adults by Aedes-luring.Results No Aedes aegypti has been discovered in Minhang District.Aedes albopictus larvae appeared in April,and the larvae peak was in June-September,during which Aedes albopictus indexes reached Grade 3 of WHO Spreading Grades and reach Grade 5 in August.The biting rate of Aedes albopictus peaked at 8:00 and 15:00 in July-September,showing phototaxis to a certain extent.The Aedes albopictus larvae distributed mainly in resident areas,parks,nurseries,and old tyre piles.Resistance of the A.albopictus larvae was 41.81 folds to DDV and none to pyrethroids.Conclusion A.albopictus is a vector of Dengue in Minhang District,and it has reached spreading grade.
