Abstract: Objective In order to provide an administrative mode for HFRS immunization of emphases confluence for HFRS area.Methods A study of a mode including “A leading organization by government,the department coorperation,broad propaganda,construction of an strong team for EPI,standardization of the working procedures and setting up rules and regulations for examination,checking and appraising” was carried out from 1998 to 2000 in Hedong district of Linyi city where HFRS was endemic.Results After implementing,the immunization coverage rate of emphases confluence increased from 3.49%(before 1997) to 14.70%in 1998,to 15.15% in 1999 and to 15.21% in 2000.The total final rate was 60.34% for four years.The rate of inoculated three vaccinal doses was 94.34% and a good effection for protecting HFRS was obtained.Conclusion The results confirmed that the model of administration-emphasis confluence HFRS Immunization can be applied easily and effectively for HFRS control.
