气相色谱法快速测定杀虫气雾剂中残杀威、氯菊酯、氯氰菊酯的含量

摘要: 目的:快速测定氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂残杀威与拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂氯菊酯、氯氰菊酯在杀虫气雾剂配方中的有效成分含量。方法:气相色谱法。结果:色谱柱为2%SE-30 ChromosorbWHP,以邻苯二甲酸二壬酯为内标。在所建立的色谱操作条件下,三者可同柱达到良好分离,残杀威、氯菊酯与氯氰菊酯的变异系数分别为1.36%、0.41%、0.43%。结论:气相色谱法测定气雾剂中杀虫剂的含量简便、快速、准确。

Abstract: A method of quantitative analysis for mixed formulation contained organophosphates insecticide-propoxur, pyrethroids insecticides-permethrin and cypermethrin has been studied by PTGC-FID. The gas chromatographic condition are as following: packed column with 2% SE-30 on chromosorb W HP, 160℃ and 245℃ for intitial and final column oven temperature hold time respectively, 20℃/min for program heating rate. Propoxur, permethrin and cypermethrin can be separated very well at the same column above these conditions. The coefficients of variation for propoxur, permethrin and cypermethrin are 1.36%,0.41%,0.43% respectively. The method is simple and accurate.
