二种杀虫剂对蜱的现场防制效果观察

摘要: 目的:观察药物对山区、林区蜱的防制效果。方法:用布旗法进行预调查,在蜱密度较高的山林地区选择面积为100m2地块3处,分别用作毒死蜱处理区、高效氯氰菊酯处理区和对照区,观察处理前后及处理区与对照区蜱密度变化情况。结果:现场喷洒0.5%毒死蜱和0.045%高效氯氰菊酯可将蜱杀灭,持效在30d以上;2种杀虫剂的效果差异无显著性。结论:毒死蜱和高效氯氰菊酯对林区草丛中的蜱具有较好的杀灭效果。

Abstract: This paper reported the killing effect of two insecticides for ticks control in mountain areas. About 100m2 mountain areas with high ticks density were selected as study areas as follows:treatment area with chlorpyrifos, treatment area with high-effect-cypermethrin and comparison area. Effects of control measures were evaluated before and after treatment both in treatment and comparison areas. We found that ticks could be killed in the treatment areas with 0.5% chlorpyrifos and 0.045% high-effect-cypermethrin and the effect can be lasted for more than 30 days. There was no significant difference between the effect of the two insecticides. The result showed that Chlorpyrifos and high-effect-cypermethrin can be used as effective insecticides for ticks control in mountain areas.
