三峡库区钩端螺旋体病血清流行病学调查

摘要: 目的:摸清库区钩体疫源地的分布、人群钩体抗体水平及菌群分布。方法:显微凝集试验。结果:1998年从三峡库区7个疾病监测点采集健康人血清513份,钩端螺旋体(钩体)抗体阳性165人(阳性率32.16%),各监测点阳性率从11.11%~50.00%不等。抗体阳性率与性别无关,而与年龄密切相关。库区人群含9群钩体血清抗体,以黄疸出血群为主。钩体血清菌群GMT值均不高。结论:库区人群钩体免疫水平低下,应加强钩体病的监测和防治工作。

Abstract: In order to find out the main area and crowd infected by leptospirosis and the main epidemic leptospir serogroups in the three gorge reservoir area, 513 serum samples were collected from healthy people in 7 monitoring places in 1998 and leptospira antibody was examined. Results showed that 165 cases were positive (32.16%), from 11.11% to 50.00% in different areas. The infection was interrelated to age but not to sex. There were 9 serogroups of leptospira antibody identified in this study. Icterohaemorrhagiae serogroups were the dominant serogroup. All of the serogroups antibody in the throng of people in lower level. It suggests that the surveillance of leptospirosis need to be strengthened and a comprehensive strategy including effective management and control leptospirosis need to be developed in the three gorge reservoir area.
