温湿度系数对印鼠客蚤实验种群羽化的影响

摘要: 目的:通过温湿度系数QW值的变化,观察其对印鼠客蚤种群羽化的影响,了解在变温变湿环境中羽化蚤种群数量的变动。方法:成幼分养法。结果:蚤羽化高峰期为5~10月,QW值为2.26~2.62,平均温度(T)为19.52~23.0℃,平均湿度(RH)为48.04%~57.29%。♀∶♂为 1∶0.95~1∶0.63,此时蚤羽化率达99.48%~100%。蚤羽化低峰期为1~4月和11~12月,QW值为2.07~2.19和2.93~3.20,T为11.68~18.22℃,RH为37.42%~46.30%,♀∶♂为1∶0~1∶0.47,蚤羽化率仅为3.57%~76.18%,结论:雌蚤羽化高峰期持续时间长,为2~11月;QW值范围较宽,为2.07~2.96。

Abstract: The paper reported the effects of temperature, humidity on the seasonal variation of the population emergence rate of Xenopsylla cheopis on the natural conditions in laboratory. Thus we knew the seasonal variation of the population quantity of flea with variation temperature and humidity understanding. The results showed that the emergence peak period was 5-10 monthes, 2.26-2.62 QW, 19.52-23.0℃,48.04-57.29 RH,sexual rate was 1∶0.95-1∶0.63. This moment, the emergence rate of flea was 99.48%-100%. The emergence lowest period was 1-4 monthes and 11-12 monthes. 2.07-2.19 and 2.93-3.20 QW, 11.68-18.22℃, 37.42-46.30 RH,sexual rate was 1∶0-1∶0.47. This moment, the emergence rate of flea was only 3.57%-76.18%. The emergence peak period of female flea was longer than that of male flea, 2-11 monthes, the QW of female flea 2.07-2.96 QW was wider than that of male flea.
