杀虫剂对抗药性蜚蠊驱出效果研究

摘要: 目的:了解抗药性对蜚蠊药激驱出效果的影响,研究其解决对策,探讨抗性蜚蠊种群、密度调查方法。方法:药膜接触法,蜚蠊药激驱出(Flushingout)试验及模拟现场试验。结果:在实验室按53ml/m3喷药,0.3%氯菊酯、0.05%溴氰菊酯、0.1%高效氯氰菊酯、0.3%苯氰菊酯、1.0%DDVP对德国小蠊敏感品系的半数驱出中时(FT50)分别为2.24、1.26、1.85、3.25、6.81min,对菊酯抗性品系(对溴氰菊酯的抗性系数为18.13)的FT50除DDVP为34.06min外,均大于120min;1.0%氯菊酯、0.5%溴氰菊酯对抗性品系的FT50也均大于120min;0.3%氯菊酯+1.0%DDVP对菊酯抗性品系的FT50为14.20min。模拟现场按50ml/m2喷药,0.3%氯菊酯对德国小蠊敏感品系的FT50为5.14min,对菊酯抗性品系的FT50大于120min;0.3%氯菊酯+1.0%DDVP对菊酯抗性品系的FT50为24.44min。结论:拟除虫菊酯对菊酯抗性品系蜚蠊的药激驱出效果明显减弱,传统使用的0.3%氯菊酯酊剂药激检查,对菊酯已产生抗性的蜚蠊密度准确性不高,建议与DDVP复配进行药激或使用粘蟑法、目测法进行调查。

Abstract: This research reported that deltamethrin resistant strain of the German cockroach were tested for flushing out effect by insecticides by the time flushing out response method in comparison with a known susceptible strain in laboratory and analogue field. The values of FT50 of cockroach, which resistant ratio was 18.13 to deltamethrin, sprayed by 0.3% permethrin,0.05% deltamethrin, 0.1% high effect cypermethrin,0.3% cyphenothrin, and 1.0% DDVP alcohol solution were more than 120min, unless by DDVP was 34.06min, comparing with 2.24,1.261.85,3.25,6.81min respectively for the susceptible strains at the dose of 53ml/m3. The FT50 of resistant strain were 14.2 min treated by 0.3% permethrin+1.0% DDVP and more than 120min sprayed by 1.0% permethrin and 0.5% deltamethrin respectively. The FT50 of resistant strain were 24.44 min treated by 0.3% permethrin+1.0% DDVP and more than 120min sprayed by 0.3% permethrin comparing with 5.14min for the susceptible strains tested in the analogue field at the dose of 50ml/m2. The result indicated that the effect of flushing out was obviously weak for pyrethroid to resistant strain. It was suggested that the cockroach investigation was carried out by 0.3% permethrin with 1.0% DDVP treatment or by stick method.
