摘要: 吸血节肢动物作为虫媒传染病的重要传播媒介,其宿主的确定对理解虫媒传染病生态学及采取进一步的防控措施具有重要意义。血餐鉴定策略是识别节肢动物宿主的有效方法,随着分子生物学技术的发展,DNA检测方法提高了吸血节肢动物血餐鉴定的特异性和敏感性,常用的分子生物学方法有PCR、DNA序列测定、异源双链分析、限制性片段长度多态性分析、反向线点杂交技术和DNA指纹图谱等。通过对分子生物学技术在节肢动物血餐宿主研究中的原理及优缺点进行综述,以期为相关虫媒疾病防控提供参考。

Abstract: Hematophagous arthropods are important vectors for vector-borne diseases. The identification of hematophagous arthropods'hosts is critical to exploration of vector-borne disease ecology and further control measures. The strategy of bloodmeal identification is effective to ascertain arthropod hosts. With the development of molecular biology technology, DNA-based methods, which include PCR, DNA sequencing, restriction fragment length polymorphism, reverse line blot hybridization, and DNA fingerprinting, enhanced the specificity and sensitivity of hematophagous arthropod bloodmeal identification greatly. This paper reviewed the principles, advantages and disadvantages of molecular protocols for detection of host DNA, which might help to provide reference for the prevention and control of related vector-borne diseases.
